Solution Consultant (Sales)

Your primary role is to close deals and bring in revenue for the company. To do that, you must actively and systematically seek out potential customers, arrange telephone and face-to-face meetings with prospects to pitch our solutions and value propositions.

Your responsibilities include:

  • convert new customer leads to business relationships that generate a positive roi for our customers and company.
  • cold call, pitch, scope projects, propose and negotiate with companies that own large portfolios of commercial property.
  • convey en-trak’s value proposition to diverse audiences of stakeholders including facilities managers, sustainability officers, energy engineers, architects, finance, and the c-suite through web technologies and/or in person customer visits.
  • forecast and report sales activity and revenue achievement with Sales Director.

We expect you to have:

  • at least 5 years proven track record in B2B high-level sales experience.
  • experience and network within local commercial property developers, facility managers, consultants and system integrators is highly advantageous
  • demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas, self-driven, result-oriented person
  • ability to develop strong relationships and account management experience.
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills and can confidently deliver sales presentations to client and partner stakeholders including senior management and executives.
  • working knowledge of SaaS, cloud-based software architecture, data integration & security requirements
  • must have good spoken and written English
