Digital Marketing Manager

Our ideal candidate is a data-driven, creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing background. As the person who is ultimately in-charge of expanding our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness, you will develop engaging content to attract and retain future customers.

Your responsibilities include:

  • create inbound marketing assets such as email, landing page, website CTAs, etc.
  • build and manage a rich content/email calendar to attract qualified audience to our generated contents including eBooks, Infographic, whitepapers
  • develop and execute email campaigns and landing page workflows to grow and nurture leads.
  • increase and convert site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
  • optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • work closely with Sales to provide analytics and insights to understand how our marketing automation activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • work to constantly improve our SEO/ SEM strategy

We expect you to have:

  • proven result in using marketing automation tools to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
  • experience in using Google Analytics or similar data monitoring tool
  • at least 3 years digital marketing experience. Experience working in the B2B sector would be advantageous.
  • excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • native-level English writing skills. Chinese literacy a plus
  • bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.
