Channel Sales Manager

You will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the market and converting prospects into sales opportunities. Being the first line of engagement with future customers you will have an impact on the growth of a skyrocketing technology firm.

Your responsibilities include:

  • drive sales revenue through En-trak partners and resellers with a focus on generating new opportunities
  • manage and coordinate an accurate channel forecast and pipeline report with management
  • evaluate coverage, source, recommend, and recruit channel partners to maximize market penetration
  • direct the training, development, and enablement of channel partner employees and drive alignment on company sales process and qualification methodologies
  • develop and execute joint business, marketing, and technical enablement plans with partners
  • work closely with cross-department including customer experience, project manager, and management resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations
  • proactively assess, clarify and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • ensure compliance with contract terms and enforce adherence to channel program requirements
  • This position may require occasional travel within Asia.

We expect you to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of channel sales experience with at least 3 years of direct sales experience required
  • extensive experience with selling SaaS solutions, ideally in the commercial building space
  • high level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated to meet sales objectives
  • experience in executing a consultative sales strategy while presenting technology-oriented solutions
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • must be adaptable and work well on their own or as a member of a team
  • ability to manage a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
